Complain about bill payment

Sir my 17/12/2021 I paid my gas bill RS 351. but unfortunately my mistakely it's bill pay twice time in same date 1 st no 5pm and second 5.01 pm on gspc.[protected]@hdfcbank from Paytm app.so plz sir return my one payment into pay twice bill payment otherwise adjust my 351 RS ni next bill....

New Connection pending since 13th Oct 21

Gujarat gas CNG named as M/s.Shree Ganesh Khand Udhyog Sahkari Mandali Ltd., Block 433, village:vatariya
Ta:Valiya, Dist. Bharuch, Gujarat
Lis. No:G/HO/GJ/07/238(G27005) is denying to fill CNG in two wheeler with VANAZ certificate RTO passed CNG kit
Pl needful to pass circular to all CNG station to resolve the issue

PNG New Domestic Connection.

Gujarat gas.

Till date Engineer say after 2 month possible this case solve.

Do necessary action.
We are contact To Mr.Nitin Mehta(Senior Vice President-Operations) and Vivek Sonar(Associate Vice President-Bhavnagar GA)
Not solve issu.

New connection fees refund

Dear Sir, I have paid for new connection on 02/01/2021 at Gujarat gas, bharuch, Gujarat. After 6 months of wait I went and asked costumer service person, they advised me to pay again and your previous fees will be refunded so I paid again and got the connection but I haven’t received my refund yet. Every time I go to Gujarat gas office they reply me that you will get refund in few days but I waited for more than 8 months and still waiting...

Transfer Name from Builder to owner

Address: Bharuch

Went to Bharuch Gujrat Gas office for name change, where desk officer asked to submit entire property registration papers which is approximately 200 plus pages. I want to understand why property owner electric bill not enough for owners name change. Even electric bill is generated by government board... it’s very inconvenient for customers to xerox each and every pages of registration and disturbing the property documents. Why such harassment...

Not giving PNG by Gujarat Gas limited

Respected sir, I have fully paid money as per rule to avail PNG GAS from Gujarat Gas limited on 26/06/2020. Till to this moment I didn't get connection from the company, even the responsible persons of Gujarat Gas limited have damaged my car while working carelessly after thoroughly servelence of my premises....

Gas pipeline connection not installing

I was applied for gas connection over 15 months ago but yet I don't get any response from Gujarat gas and when I went to an office and the talked to me very rudly and abusing behind my back . I just want gas pipeline connection nothing much so do ASAP because it's financially harming to me and my family....

Not done new connection

Address: second floor, mulla mansion, Nana Taiwad, Parniwad, Valsad-396001. Gujarat

I applied for new connection before 11/12/2019.
i have paid deposit which receipts enclose herewith.
Applicant Name is
Abdul Aziz Husenbhai Mulla.
Till date i cannot get connection.
i and my family visited several times to local GSPC Office in valsad bu in vain.
so Please kindly consider my complaint and help me to get new connection as earlier as possible and obliged..

Rude behaviour and refuse for service

CNG pump location: 8PVQ+5PQ, Rajkot, Gujarat 360006, India (Near Ghanteshvar, Rajkot-Jamnagar highway)

Complaint:
Worst service, worst behaviour, rude people, refuse for service at late night because he was sleeping.
Every time they keep only one filling station working and all the employees are talking there, ignoring long queues of customers. Once I ask to start other filling points, he refused and said go to...

Gas.connection not provided.since 3 years.passed

Address: Mattri chhaya gayakwadi plot main road opposite sukhsagar pan above kumar book stall rajkot Gujarat

In ref to complaint dt 13th oct.some of officers came and examined my home but 1 month has been passed but no progress and nither any information from Gujarat gas regarding installation of gas pipeline ....

020005691225 is open from last 1.5 months - 6 months completed not got the connection

Over bill for gas consumption

My average bill is around Rs.350 monthly for last few years.
I got my last bill for Nov.2021 is Rs.2479 which is too high and in Nov. I gone out off City for vacation for 20 days and there is no gas consumption
So I request you to check my gas meter and reading

New Connection Gujarat Gas Company

I applied New Connection on 24-Aug-21 with Application No. BH01100116 and ID[protected]. Lot of Complain in Customer Care but still not reply Gujarat Gas Company.

Login Period 3 Month but still not any call from Company.
