Gujarat Gas — Complaint about new connection not doing ne despite various call

Sir, I have applied for connection on 9 Feb 2021, but payment was deducted via cheque almost 16 mar 2021. I have made lots of call but in vain. The office bearer of Chandkheda office do very rude and rustic behaviour with customer and 6 months have already passed but till date connection was not made. The gas line is in the society and only meter connection is required to be done, but every time on telephonic conversation with customer care gave same reply that we have forwarded your complain to concerned section and your work will be done as early as possible. I have gone Chandkheda office 3 times but the behaviour of the person working their is very bad and it is a stigma on the prestigious company. I am anticipated that my work will be done within 2 days.
