Gujarat Gas — delay in new png domestic connection

I had applied for png domestic connection vide application no. Srt 80394528 dated.23-10.2019 at a 501, raj harsh building, pal walkway road, opp. Pal talav. But tiil today no any work has been initiated nor any call received from gujarat gas. Is there any sop for work completion? Please provide mobile no of officer who is monitor this task. Also provide mail adress for correspondance. Is any agency is alloted for this work? Pl do needful
