Subject: request to resolve the long standing issue of release of new png connection.
Sir,
This refers to my application no. Srt-8002994 dated[protected] and payment receipt no. Aa/2017/09074 for rs. 5615 for new png connection at flat no.7, ii floor, shakti aprtment, timaliyawad, nanpura surat. More than four and half months have passed by since the registration of application and full payment. Beside, we have personally visited your customer care executive at surat about four times, but i regret to inform you that so far nothing is done except a formal visit.
Please note that a ggcl png gas connection existed there a couple of years back and all pipe lines except meter still exists. Due to relocation at other place in connection with my job, the png connection was permanently disconnected by ggcl at my request, and meter was removed a few years back. All related details of which were submitted to ggcl while submitting above application and signing of fresh agreement, as desired and directed by your officials. I fail to understand the reason behind such a long delay when most of the infrastructure for release of png is existing.
This is my last formal reminder to you to ensure the release of a new png connection within a fortnight or please arrange to refund me the entire amount.
