Misbehavior, rood behavior and arrogance by gas station employee,
I am frequently visiting ashwini gas station, vartej, dist. Bhavnagar to fill cng. I have faced many instances of rood behavior and arrogance from pump station staff. The main issues involved are self-indulgence and discretionary behaviors on various issues such as 1. Filling of the gas quantity, 2. Change money, 3. Avoid to return chiller money by hook or cook and so on..
I have raised my concern by lodging the complaint, telephonically to gujarat gas manager, bhavnagar office, on 22/04/2019 and then written, as telephonically instructed, on 25/04/2019. On repeated instances, i have also lodge my complaint to mr. Anurag kelkar by email on 04/05/2019, but still i haven’t any response from any relevant authority! Even not from the staff of the said pump station. Believed, may be due to bureaucratic work culture and monopoly! Is it?
Such behaviors are not acceptable to me and so many other customers, whose voices are not reached to you. I believe, it is also not for the company as well, as it is denting the company’s public image, goodwill and brand.
Change and return of chiller less than rs. 5 is not a matter affecting to me economically but morally it is not acceptable, i have also loosely herd somewhere that the unpaid chiller are the remuneration of such employees! If true then shocking!
Expecting prompt action. I believe, as there are so many customer care no., area wise on your websites, your customer care cell is working in the best instruct of the customer, in customer friendly environment
