Gujarat Gas — new connections not done

We have apply for new connection month of march 2019.apple no is 80183711.last six months to no any update for the works.I have also done many complaints like make call and personally visited at Gujarat gas office, val sad branch for 10 time, but they are an so rung done 15 days and pending contractor side not from our side.such a not proper guide and answers in valsad branch office person.no one is taking the step on serious .
