I have applied for a new gas line connection at my new residence in surat city vesu area on around 15th april 2017. I had paid by cheque for the same. They said the work will be done within a period of 90 days. After the application process was complete i have complained atleast 4-5 times that my connection has not been yet processed. Every single time without any service being provided i get a msg saying the complaint has been processed. Only once a person came and said he will come with engineer in the evening but no one came. I am a working woman. I asked them to provide me contact details of the concerned person who would visit my residence but it wasn't given. I asked them to call me before they came but i didn't get any calls. Since i wasn't expecting this kind of service from gujarat gas i didn't save all the msgs. I have to forcefully cook using microwave which i hate but i have no other option. I do have a few msgs which are not deleted. I expect a quick job now and also a compensation
