Gujarat Gas — No connection taken but invoice received

I have a flat at shyam shukan residency outside pdpu. The flat is not in use so far and have been purchased as investment. To my surprise, invoice no. R[protected] under consumer no.[protected] has been issued.

You are requested to provide the application signed by me as i have never applied for the connection. Some one might have forged my signature.

Please send copies of the application and other documents at my following address :
