Gujarat Gas — No response from past 3 months

Address: 91, Morar Nagar society,, Opp. Ryan International school, Adajanpatia

I had applied for extension of Gas connection from ground floor to 2nd floor on 19th March 2021. Also paid the necessary payment required in advance. It's been more than 3 months now and still there is no response from the Gujarat gas person. I kept on giving reminders over the call but no result. So today forcefully I have to complain over here. Kindly take this on priority and respond at the earliest.
