-timely we are not getting bill and your company is charging penalties to us.
-in our area everyone is getting there bill timely but not to us.
-we have to go to your main office "adajan" for collecting the bill "since 2018"..
-we have been charged penalties for your mistake of not getting bill to us on timely...
-we talk to customer care but they suggested to mail the complain then he
Will work on it.
-i request you to contact us and talk to us.. Because you have been taking so lightly that we are facing problem since for 1 year...
-otherwise i have to take strict action...… and it is for sure.

-so contact us in 2 days or else i have to take strict action.

Crystal palace gas conecction is stoped, without any notice
