Gujarat Gas — not received a new gas connection after 10 month

Hi gujrat gas,
I have submit application for new gas connection in december 2018, but even today 12/10/19, i have not received connection.
Meanwhile i have complain toll free no several times but they gave only dates.
Have also visited their office personally at adajan surat but problem not solved.
I think nobody to care customer. Please suggest what to do.
