My Customer no.is[protected].
I got a message on the 24th January, that my gas bill was generated.
I have to inform you that till today 2 nd February, i have not received the bill.
Last time also i had not received my gas bill and had to frantically run to pay the bill on the due date.
I request you to check the matter and ensure that we get gas bills on time, so we can pay them on time.

Respected sir I have submitted pay for new point for water gizzer since last 3 months but no any contact from your side and very bad reply from your office which is very painful

So please request do needful as soon as possible
