आज मैंने अपने घर के गेस बिल का भुगतान मेरे ओन लाइन PNB UPI से कुल रु 1557 का भुगतान कीया । मेरे खाते में से रुपए का भुगतान सफलता पूर्वक हो गया था लेकिन गुजरात गेस के बिल का भुगतान असफल बताया गया । गुजरात गेस् की तरफ से कोई भी संदेश नहीं दिया गया है, सिर्फ़ मोबाइल फोन की स्क्रीन पर PAYMENT FAILED दिखाई दिया । आप से निवेदन है कि इस मामले को गंभीरता से लिया जाए और अगर भुगतान नहीं हुआ है तो मेरे पैसे मेरे खाते में जमा करवानेकृपा करें । धन्यवाद

Updated by Bipin D. Rathod Today received call from gujarat gas representative. They said on 2nd October transaction failed due to Holiday and they said to me call customer care on 8th of October.

Updated by Bipin D. Rathod So many times have been request to Gujarat Gas for send me a Payment Receipt of Rs.1557=00 but till date not send me. Payment already confermed by Gujarat Gas. Attached copy enclosed.

They shut the gas connection whatever the reason may be with out prior notification or intimation this cause very much problemas we people with gas connection do not get lpg cylender connection so plz help

Sir, I was in house and meter reader rang the bell around 6 pm. I m of 60 year and reach to the door took 5 minutes. Your meter reader gave me minimum bill on 17 oct 2018. I requested him to take reading but he was very arrogant. Sir, as time of meter reader is not fixed, I request u to guide meter reader to wait pl.
