Gujarat Gas — Regarding late fee in bill no.R[protected]

My customer no.[protected]
I have received new bill dtd.19.10.2021 with late fee charge Rs.75 & previous remaining payment Rs. 340/-
I am oldest customer of Gujarat Gas co. ltd.
in past never paid bill after due date. Also previous bill dtd. 17.08.2021, bill no. R[protected] whose last date of payment is 07.09.2021 which is online paid on last date 07.09.2021 . Now I contact your billing clerk at Adajan main office said that you had paid late . Due to online it was received in your office late. But in this matter customer is not responsible, so pl look in to this matter & reverse the late fees charge of Rs.75/- in next bill. Thanks
