I registered in December 2019 and still no connection. Not even plumbing or first visit is done. When going walk in, I am asked to contact centralized customer care number. When calling Customer care number, they have just updating existing complain.
I officially complained in July 2020 (one year back from today’s date) but no action is taken from Gujarat Gas. Whenever I call customer care number, they are all lay man people. Means they have no knowledge on how any complain is progress. They have no TAT (Turnaround time) or SLA.
Walk in I am not getting resolution. On customer contact number, I am not getting resolution.
1 and half year since I booked the connected and 1 year since I officially opened complain, Gujarat Gas has no answer. Was this information helpful? |
