Gujarat Gas — request for geyser not attended since jan-2019

I have submitted request for gas geyser connection in month of jan-2019 at my flat and have paid charges for the same but still no one has come to attend my request no-[protected] yet.

I was been committed that they will come an install it in next 3 months and now it's almost 4 month running but still my request is unattended.
