I was about to travel from rajkot madhapar chokadi to dwarka on date 01/09/2019 time 3.30 pm. I was stand at madhapar chokadi waiting for bus gsrtc (Could not note bus number due frustration) rajkot to dwarka at 3.30 pm. When this bus reached at madhapar chokadi did not stop. I tried many time and show my hand to stop the bus but the driver didn't stop the bus and also bus conductor who was one lady deny to stop bus. I had to face big problems because i missed the bus due to the misbehavior and misconduct of the driver and conductor. Please take necessary action against these two person and inform me about action as early as possible.

    Dear sir/mam
    Bus arriving from ahmedabad central busstand to upleta (1:30 pm) is supposed to pick passengers from specefic destination. All buses stops at iskon stand but even after raising hands and telling the conductor to stop the bus the bus did not stopped there. This happened thrice and even after reserving the seat online it did not stopped at iskon busstand once
    Hope you will do something about it.

      The bus from ahmedabad to dhanera boarding at 8:50 from ranip bus station has a female conductor whose beahviour is pathetic... She is not concerned about the passengers.. One of the passenger was ill when we told her about the sickness she replied that there is your matter of concern none of our business... Does conductor has work of only collecting the tickets and being insensitive towards the passengers.. I request gsrtc to make her sensitive about the passengers otherwise i have to file the rti..!!

        I was travelling from gandhidham to surat via bus number 2157. The problem is that at my sleeping sofa the window was jammed and could not be closed it. Due to rain the whole seat was wetted and nit able to sleep and had to travel on that seat because there was no any vacancy. I want my compensation right now. It is rigorous and irresponsibility of the driver and department. I have attached my ticket below.           I am traveling in bantva to narayan sarovar bus, today on[protected]. I booked online ticket seat no. 30w. Bus was exchanged at toll booth neat gondal. There is some # on floor at my seat, i am not able to seat properly. I asked conductor to perform cleanliness at next stop at rajkot. He merely suggested to drain a bottle of water. Not even bothered to take care of issue. Shocking to me and my copassangers. An immediate remedy is expected.

            This time it is the worst ever experience in terms of cleanliness and hygiene, the bus is extremely dirty from the inside as well as from the outside, the entire outside area of the entrance including door is full of tobacco splits and as soon as i entered inside entire bus is full of dirt empty food packets curtains, seats and floor is dusty with stains and grimy

I was waited bus station but bus not came on timing then i contact to anjar station enquiry office he ask bus will not come/ cancellation due to heavy rain and flood from samakhiyali kutch then cause road block.               Actually, it is not complaint but a suggestion. Many times i observed and faced problem because of name printed on eticket by alphabetic order. For example, my son's name is started with a and my name with m, so every time my son's name printed on the ticket who is only 6 year old. As per rule i carried my photo id with me but problem arise due to my son's name on the ticket. I request to gsrct should be changed in the system as first name to be appear on the ticket.

                Gsrtc bus ac valvo (Ahmedabad to palanpur/ deesa) bus does not reach on every time late, many time complain to the driver and conductor but he is not responding perpor.

                Need to check carefully and maintaining time table.
                Management team look into this matter.

                This is first and last notification.

                Next time exclated to the pmo/ legal.

                We want bus at 5:30 At bardoli to navsari and all bus are emplty so we rich our house quckly
                I m travelling from ahmedabad to himmatnagar in bus no. Gj01-2984. (Ahmedabad to ambaji). Bus is very dirty. Layer of dust stick on every sits and its compulsary for every pessanger to clean it before sitting on it. Very poor condition.
                Student pass not allowed gsrtc at evening at veraval area and I say for allowing gsrtc conductor and driver missbehave with me

                  I've book my ticket on 25th august from botad to vadodara in gariyadhar surat bus in gsrtc website 9:10 time of arrival time when i am reach to station that bus timing is 9:30, i've waited for bus till 10:00 but bus not came, again i've asled for bus timing to inquiry counter and they told me that it will arrive after 11:15 and it doesn't matter waht timing it showing on website. Then i have asked station manager to provide me complaint book in botad station, but he told me to fill my complaint in blank paper. After several argument they give me complaint book to me and i've written my complaint.

                  In the bus same experience to me, bus conductor
                  Was slept in bus while he was on duty and doesn't check my ticket and others to. When i've asked him to come and check he just behaving rude with me that it should be me to go and ask for ticket check to me. Same he bahave to others to come and take your ticket... After some argument i've asked for his id card, he direct refuse me that we are not having any id card, you can do complaint who ever you wish.. He also refused me to provide complaint book in bus. He named him self as "ajay chaudhari".

                  Hope to register complaint against such people and take strict action. Below are the bus details.

                    Today i had visited from gandhinagar to himatnagar in bus name of rajkot to ambaji via gandhinagar. Conductor had given me ticket for gandhinagar to himatnagar in 74 rupees of ticket. Where bus rate is very higher then normal express bus ticket and distance was mentioned as 83 kms which is not to possible. I would like to request to gsrtc investigate n correct thus thing.

                    I took bus at GH-5, Gandhinagar and my stop is Ranip, Ahmedabad. But bus didn’t go to Ranip, instead they drove directly to wadaj. When i asked conductor, he said bus will not go to Ranip. I informed authorities at Ranip terminal but they didn’t help.

                      Today (25th aug 2019)... I am travelling from godhra to ahemdabad by bus (Fatehpura to radhanpur) at 8:00am... The driver was driving very roughly and unsafe... He is using too much of horn and it is such an horrible experience in the bus... He is using mobile at the time of driving... I wan to request you for accept my request and try to resolve our problems... Please take strict action on this complaint... Thank you

                        In bhavnagar bus stand the stall name jay gurunanak store take 5 rs extra charge in every food like waffers coldrink and buiscuit as the stall holder in st bus stand can not take any extra mrp from printing in wraper but why he is taking extra 5 rs in all product if action will not take in few days we are go for grivience or consumer court and forward message against gsrtc.

                        Padra to Somnath bus Rajkot deputation time4:15 always come Rajkot bus stand at 5:30 and Somnath deputation time 8:00am but always come at Somnath bus station 11:30 bus always late 3 to 4 hours please resolve the time management always same problems I am very disappointed GSRTC service
                        I booked bus gurjar nagari form gsrtc website on 14/08/2019 at 6.10 pm departure time from vadodara to ahmedabad but the bus came late at 9pm so I have to suffer for 3 hours and also they send a bus which was not gurjur nagri, it was a simple bus . I want compensation for that. I waste my much valuable time.

                          Respected sir/ma'am,

                          I want to travel as a single male on 25th of august 2019.
                          Now issue is that,, bus is almost full but stlii there was a little hope. Three seats were empty but issue is that seats beside the empty seats were reserved by one lady. So i was not able to book a seat as a male traveler. Most importantly i had exam the day after.
                          Hope gsrtc authority will surely deal the issue.

                            I have complained that driver of bus no gj 18 z 3300 is told me that bus is not stoping in kuwadva chokdi further ticket is taken from ahmedabad to rajkot. I have told to lady conductor for stopez in chokdi but she was disgusting with me and other passanger for not stop the bus in kuwadva chokdi. My ticket number is 065962 dt 24 aug 2019. My village is 20 km beforethe rajkot. If i am going to rajkot than return 20 km route more time expend and more expence dooing for that so i have requist to do some special action to your driver and conductor

                              તા:21/08/19 ના રોજ બગસરા એસ ટી ડેપોની ૧, મીની બસ તા:22/08/19 સવારે 5:૩0 થી રાત્રે 7:30 બગસરા થી દ્ગોનણેશ્ર્વર, જવા, નીયમ મુજબ ડીપોઝીટ રૂ!9000 જમા લઈ ને અમોને જણાવ્યું કે, ૧ કિલોમીટર ના 35 રૂપિયા ચારજ થશે તેનુ ભાડું અંદાજે ૭૫૦૦ થશે અને બીજા દિવસે તમને જમા રકમનું રીફંડ મળી જશે,
                              તા:22/08/19 મુસાફરી કરી રાત્રે 7:15 મિનિટ એસ ટી ડેપોમાં સમય પહેલાં અને તેના કિલોમીટર ૨૧૫ આવ્યા,
                              તા:23/08/19 અમે ફરજ પર અધિકારી ને રીફંડની રજૂઆત કરતાં, અધિકારી એ અમોને હજુપણ રૂ!1500
                              આપવા પડશે, અમોએ તેનું બિલ અમોને આપવામાં આવશે જેથી અમો બિલ ચુકતે ભરી શકાય, અને અધિકારી ફરજ નું ભાન ભુલી અભદ્ગ ભાષામાં બોલવા લાગ્યા, અને અમોને અપમાનિત કરી દાદાગીરીથી ૧૫ દિવસ પછી તપાસ કરવા આવવું

                                  I have to travel regular in bus for my studies from ankleshwar to surat, but it’s very bad to say that during the time between 5:30 to 5:45 in the morning there is no gsrtc service and no buses at all.in addition to that gujarat government has provided pass services for regular passengers which is very best, but what it mean when express buses are not there at that timing. I have to wait half an hour daily for the bus and the bus arrives is only sleeper bus which rent is quite high than express bus that i can’t afford daily.in short, our great gujarat state has the poor road transport services, no required number of buses between certain time period and cities.

                                    I booked my ticket from ahmedabad to rajkot on 23/08/2019 bus timing mentioned in "gsrtc.in" website is 16:45 (4:45 pm) and actual time provide by the bus conductor is 17:25 (5:25 pm is the arriving time to platform of ahmedabad cbs).
                                    I request you to please correct the online timing, due to this we are facing to much trouble.

                                      I recently booked a bus from ahmedabad central bus stand to godhra of 1:30pm (Express) but when i went on the bus point the bus was not express as well as i even didnt get my seat no. Though having booked. On the site it showed express road bus via-godhra (Only) duration: 2 hours but originally the bus went via - dakor, umreth then godhra and it took 3:30 for me to reach there. Please solve this wrong information problem
