On dated 19.07.2020 I purchased 1 litre sudha milk for which MRP printed on the packet was Rs 43, but despite of Lockdown in Bihar, the shopkeeper charged Rs 55 and this was not the first instance. Consequently on dated 21.07.2020, I purchased 4 litre milk (8 packet of 1/2 litre) for which MRP printed on each 1/2 litre packet was Rs 22, but the shopkeeper charged Rs 220 (Rs 55 per litre). He along with all shopkeeper of Sudhani market used to charge extra amount of money higher than the MRP price each and every time since long time back. District food inspector don't even come to inspect license of shopkeeper of Sudhani market, as this is truly a case of negligence of authority. Not a single shopkeeper of this market owns a license and they don't pay tax to government as wel. Most importantly no one of the shopkeeper uses billing system whether it is the case of medicine, food products, groceries, clothes etc. No one raise the issue, but forced to pay extra amount.
