Guniwar Clothing — Online shopping fraud

I ordered a maroon stitched embroidered salwar suit set from facebook link of guniwarclothing.shop on 7 October, 2022 of Rs.876
And it read all their terms and conditions and policies of return or refund before placing order and they have written that we can return any product in 7 day period
I got my order today and I have chosen COD
The order that I received was through Ekart logistics and I requested them to open and satisfy first and then pay but the not allowed me to do so
And I have money but when I opened the product it was only a long peice of pink coloured cloth
But I ordered stitched blue salwar
Then I went back to the site and when I saw their was no option of return or refund and in the policy their was a G-mail id that was written to place the return
I wrote email and sended to them but the E-mail I'd was totally fraud and wrong
And I have left with no options and
On the bill also their was neither address of the seller nor his GSTIN no.
I tried all the methods to get my money back but. I failed.
I will be thankful to you if you resolve my problem and the fraud that happened to me.
