I am a online seller, with name as gupta sons collections, selling prroducts on meeshu. I am facing problem of theft of my product by the return delivery partner mohd. Mojhaid ali . From last few weeks he used to stole all my courior returns which are expensive and use to return us the damaged products which even dont belong to us by changing the outerlayer of packaging .It was the fifth time he had done such mischief with us . We are feedup with the third class service provided by you for returning our products .When i had a conversation with the team leader suraj he said either dont accept the product or just forget about the product and ask meeshu for claim .
Instead of looking into the matter he was just saying that my employee will not do such frauds so how are product get changed .
If the work done is under cctv survilance then such a big mistakes are committed.
Please take legal action against him or the person actually responsible for all these frauds as now a days the fraud done has so increased that 5-6 sellers near to my house have to stop selling on messhu because such fraud is being committed with then from the shadofax courior return partner . Such frauds is reducing my faith in shadofax company .
Hoping for strict actions against the actuall culprit so that such incident dont happen with other sellers .
