[Resolved] Gurgaon Faridabad Toll Road — Heavy jam in the morning and evening on daily basis

I travel to and fro gurgaon from faridabad and have no other option but to use gurgaon faridabad toll road. I had made complaint for the excessive jams on daily basis in the morning and evening and an action was also taken by the authorities by putting up more booths for tax collection. The crowd had educed to maximum 3-4 vehicles in each lane and the travellers had a relief from the jams.

This toll plaza changes the rights o[censored]se by different companies very frrequently and each company deploys its own manpower and computers. Every time, when there is such change, the untrained and uneducated manpower is deployed causing trouble to the commuters and by the time, things come under control after many months, the toll management changes again.

Kindly take some action and help in getting rid of such unnecessary jams and wastage of time and fuel

Updated by J sachdeva It takes approximately 15 minutes in the evening on daily basis to cross this T-Point while travelling from Gurgaon to Faridabad. Thanks to the traffic management staff who do not allow the traffic lights to function automatically and take the control in their hands and keep the lights green for unlimited period for one side of traffic and then for the other, keeping all other vehicles in waiting to get their chance to move.

If road is constructed on the extreme left lane (while coming from Gurgaon) which is a rough patch and vehicles coming from Gurgaon are allowed to pass through this T-Point, the traffic will be much smoother and there will be no threat to the traffic coming from the Rajesh Pilot road as well.

Please give a thought for the help of tired people who are already fed up with the day's routine and wish to reach home timely.
