I travelled from faridabad to sohna on june 17th. The toll staff asked for change which i did not had. He started misbehaving and kept us waiting for about 15 minutes. There was no supervisor on duty. I was not even given the complaint book to file my concerns. When a long queue of vehicles built behind us, than he promptly gave us change. But he dared us to file online complaint. He was absolutely uneducated and had no etiquette or sense of duty. I call upon nhai & toll company seniors to take suitable action. A copy of toll receipt is attached for due information.
