Gurpreet Singh Aulakh — Complaining the Unauthorized Transaction on[protected]

I am Gurpreet Singh Aulakh and I have been a customer of Amazon for a very long time. I have been the holder of the Neo mastercard of the Axis bank’s clientage services.

On dated 24 NOv 2021 at 13:32pm i received a call from a unknown number and caller give me some details of mine as it is in my bank Account and said that he is calling me on behalf of Axis Bank Customer Care.

And said that their are my reward point in my card which are going to exipre soon, if i not updated these.

I aggreed to that caller person and permit him to extend the reward point exipry period. and the person said to open the google chrome on my phone and and type the 'rewardpointsofaxisbank' .

i did the same and it opened a website like axisbank header and then i fill my card info on that page and submit the details .

immidaitely afterthat i received a sms of transaction of rs. 97900/- and i got alerted and i disconnect the call and immidaitely call to bank's credit card block department through my phone to block my credit card and in the meantime i received an another sms for the transaction of 48985/- .

then i call the customer care of axisbank on the number which is mentions on the backside of card to inform for the same. they said, that we have to visit the branch then they can take any action against this.

then i visit the bank but bank said that we have fo ledge the FIR and then we can take any step.

then i go to police station nearest to me to ledge the complaint against this, but police person said that we have to visit the Cyber cell Branch of the area.

then i visit to cyber cell and they ledge a complaint and they give us the copy with UID number of compaint and then we reach the bank and given the Cyber cell complaint copy at 6:30pm on the same day.

and the bank assured us that they will take an action and my money will return to my account soon.

then next day we received a call from cyber cell of police department that the amount of fraud trasaction will refund you soon.

and on 25-nov 2021 we received amount of 48500/- in our account.

but till now we have not received any other single penny from any where. and no body assuring or telling us that how we can get this moneyback.

as we are looking in our statement that this money credited to 'AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, BANGLORE' . with transaction Ref. ID [protected].

So we request you that please give us you co-ordination of get my hard-work money back to my account. we also request you to please verify the account with you by which you received this amount in your account and refund the money to my account.
