While computing records agency has made spelling mistake in my last name [sirname] as per old records it was ASHTEKAR mistake was ASHTAKAR.while changing same agency has asked me to bring old papers which i can not trace out after a long discussions agency told me to pay for change but my question is why i should pay the mistake is from agency it should be made ok by agency only. now i traced the papers & asked company to get my money back [complaint no 1465735 on ebharatgas site]company transferred it to agency now agency says how the papers are with you it must be with us in all this what i suppose to do ? company & agency both are not listening where the customer has to go ?
