We purchased VRV system from gurunanak refrigeration pvt ltd, chandrapur (MS) for our residence.
As the AC's were installed in winter, we didn't get the chance to test the AC's but now in summers, after 15day of AC's operation, the AC's failed. Internal units are not working.
The vendor "Gurunanak Refrigeration" is not picking up our call and not responding. If we do not get the solution by 25th May 2022, we will take a legal action against the company and its vendor. Was this information helpful? |
