Guruvayoor Infrastructure Private Limited — NHAI street light not working

I have to inform you that the street light of highway not working of Marathakkara Thrissur (Dist. Thrissur).Which is on national highway no544 Kochi Salem highway from Marathakkara Thrissur to Vaniyampara. . My near toll plaza is located paliyekkara toll (Guruvayoor Infrastructure Private Limited). We always pay toll on toll plaza but there service is not good so why we pay our toll to them.The bright light of the opposite side vehicle directly hits the eyes of drivers of oncoming vehicles, it blinds the road ahead of them and ends up in accidents. So please take stick action on this complaint. I shall be very thankful to you for this.
