Gvk Emri — 108 emergency ambulance service not available in shankerpally

There was an auto accident that me and my friend noticed while returning back from shankerpally via ocean park lane. The auto driver bumped into a sand partition where the road was under construction. The driver was hurt badly & we called up the 108 for assistance. The response from the 108 team was they cannot send the ambulance & they do not have vehicles. I was shocked to hear such information where a person's life is at risk.
The government is really not concerned about the people and the services what they need to provide.
I request the health care team to provide more 108 services and be appropriate while taking the information.
The call center person doesn't even know how to check the area or location.
Kindly ensure that the 108 back end support team knows little internet browsing & check on google maps for exact location.
