Gvk Emri — 108 not come 45 min

I call 108 helpline yesterday 7.55 pm. Executive reply me ambulance come 10 or 15 min at city center, add gah circle, ahmadabad. But i call again after 10 min their reply ambulance in on the way i waiting 45 min but ambulance not come above address. My family member is very serious lastly i go to hospital by private auto.. Very bed experience.. After one hour i call to 108 helpline executive pick up my phone and put the hold not answer to me. I ask again and again but not responding. Please take a action him...
