This is to inform you that employee (id enclosed) working at T2 mumbai (Chhatrapaty Shivaji Maharaj International Airport., Mumbai) fined us even after informing about medical emergency, my wife's blood pressure got low so we had to halt in between and move out of car for some fresh air.
When we asked for receipt they rejected our requests, so we had to argue for our receipt and received some harsh words from your employees to my wife. I am ashamed
This is what management of MSE pvt ltd, that an individual expects. Fine of rs300 is not a big deal but attitude and behavior of employees represents the company.
