Dear Sir/Madam,
Myself Rohit Kundargi working as a Exe.Purchase in an organization Ironbuild Systems Pvt Ltd. situated at Vithal Udyogangar-388121.
In the month of June-2022 we were searching on Indiamart, TradeIndia and etc. a packing product Stretch Film. There we found a Manufacturer from H S Tapes situated at Burari-Delhi was offering us at cheapest rate. Mr. Sanjay manager contact me from H.S.Tapes. He told us to make payment before Purchase order and Performa Invoice. Then we provide them a purchase order the same we received performa invoice too. After that we make the payment against Performa Invoice. The Final amount comes upto inclusive of GST 18% Rs. 10, 800/-. After making the payment he did never dispatch the material and till date we did not received refund from H S Tapes. I was dailiy touch with Mr. Sanjay and agreed to refund us the payment. but till date we did not receive. i am sharing the relevant documents find as attach.
Hence, i/we request you to do complain against Fraud Company H S Tapes. I/we hope you will understood the matter and will do the needful to us.
