Hago — recharge not done through coins

I appeal you to bann this china company from india. They are just attracting we indians to use their app play their game so that they can earn profit.
I made two id :[protected],[protected]
I use to play game and earned a lot of coins i use that coins to recharge my phone as the app suggested me.
But it had been more than 1month my recharged had not been than they claim that it will be happened within 10days
I message them through their app and also through mail no response i received back.
They use girl as bot players to attract people to play game, moreover they have now launched a new scheme that invest this amount and if you are lucky you will win recharge, iphone, bike.
This app is just attracting us and not fullfillng any of their promise such kinda app should be banned from india.
I ask friends on hago what whether their recharges have been successful all reply me the same that none of their also phone get recharged.
I recharge in one id rs300 and in wnother rs100
Please take action aginst this fake game provider who are just attracting customer.
