We complained about split AC of Haier Appliances India yesterday on 07 June 2024.
Today I received a call from their party support provider in Hyderabad through phone number[protected] saying that he would send technicians.
2 technicians came to our apartment. As the compressor which was installed by Haier team was outside and after checking about requirements like safety belt etc, and providing the same to them, they feared and they dropped out.
They asked visit charges of Rs.350/- though they did not provide any service.
I told them same and I would not pay. But their supervisor with phone number[protected] called and said he will send tomorrow 2 technicians who can do servicing and told me to pay 350 to them and he will not collect visit charges second time. But now he says it is closed and lodge a fresh complaint.
It is totally unfair on them and Haier service providers. It is simply cheating the customers. Was this information helpful? |
