Dear sir/madam,
I want to inform you about your staff of Delhi haj Commitee & their NGO are not working properly. They are just doing formality on airport.Not a single NGO is available on parking for disabled or senior citizen to help them.lift is not working haji has to carry his luggage own.NGO's are only receive haji on entry gate.parking is too much expansive. I request you to ask Delhi haj committee staff to arrange young staff so that they can help to hajis . I request you to plz look after this matter & ask from Delhi haj committee not to do formality in the name of khidmat if they want to do really khidmat just do it by heart not for name or marketing.
