Haldiram Bhujiawala — Delivery Agent claims Delivered but NOT Delivered

On October 17th, I placed an Order on Haldiram's Nagpur website, which claims to ship online orders.

Regarding my Order 00002645, Tracking ID: [protected], I still have not got it.

Tracking details show, it was shipped through Delhivery, but Delhivery Tracking Information is incorrect, claims my Order was delivered on Oct 22nd, but that's wrong

I have NOT got my shipment, neither was it left with anyone else.

Still waiting for resolution of this issue. Just wanted to clarify, this problem is with the Haldirams Nagpur website, which seems to have a different address from the main business address. Customer Support Phone # of this site that I ordered from, is given on the site :-

I tried the support number many times, but it is always off line (engaged tone)

Outwardly, this seemed like an operational site, but it seems to be a fraud/ fake set up.
