Sir i am regular customer of haldiram outlet at netaji subhash palace, delhi. I purchased food for rs.4107/- on 01.04.2017 for lunch to staff.Payment made through my debit care no.[protected] against othpos535082. But unfortunately i lost the bill and i requested to issue the duplicate bill but they show inability to issue the duplicate bill. I requested to confirm on even letter head but manager their refused to cooperate, only refused that this is not possible.
Sir i paid payment through debit card and paid proper vat and if i lost the bill how can i get the payment from organisation.
In this process i have lost already about 3 hours but without any fruit ful result.
Sir i am not challenging but if i register an rti will haldiram refuse the give the detail.
In short i need duplicate bill. Kindly help me otherwise i will left with no option but to adopt legal ways to get the bill.
