Today i. E. On 12th march a tandoori platter has been purchased by me along with some other items in packing from sarojini nagar haldiram outlet.

When reached home i found that two things i. E. Daal and chatni missing. Only roti, salad and tandoori items found in this packing. One cannot eat roti without daal. It was ambarrasing. And at night we cannot go again to collect daal.

It upsets me.

It shows careless attitude of workers.

They should pay for this negligence.

I bought three blueberry pastry from haldiram kankarbagh main road patna bihar. At home, when we started to eat then we noticed that all blueberry pastry were loaded with fungus from it's side. One of our child get ill after eating that before we noticed. Bread was also hard. Very risky negligence by such brand. We go there only due to name of haldiram thinking that they provide the best. But one of the worst experience.
Not only this the provider didn't have name entered in computer. They sold this on the name of black forest pastry. Means black money assembly.
Memo no. 190309/71 12: 46pm 9 march. Yesterday also we given review on facebook. But no response by your side.

I am writing this to complain about the low quality of products provided by the "haldiram's nagpur" which caused health issue to my son and moral damage to me.

While eating the product wasnt tasting good, so i checked the details of the food product... It had been expired many days ago... This caused food poisoning to my son..

I purchased haldiram's nagpur chips.. Manufactured on 15/09/2018 expiry of 15/01/19. The whole packet has a bad smell of stale oil. Even the taste is also spoiled due to that smell...

I never expected this kind of inconvenience from haldirams...

Take an action towards my complaint.. I dont want make this issue big...

I purchased prabhuji khatta meetha batch number i 22 manufactured on september 2018 expiry of march 19. The whole packet has a bad smell of stale oil. Even the taste is also spoiled due to that smell. When the product is new how that bad oil smell is coming out of it. Kindly repkace my product. Brand like haldiram is not expected to manufacture sucl foul smelli g product. Do the needful at the earliest.

On 24 dec. Monday we 4 persons went for dinner at ur kamaspur sonepat shop.. We ordered many items.. With paani poori... Water was tasty.. We demanded one more cup of jaljira water from counter.. But rudely ur counter boy refused us for one cup water of paani poori..
We complainted at sales counter.. But no response given... This was very bad behaviour by ur staff...
Plz take proper action.. Against that person... My bill no. Was 134213 token no. 378

Snac lite finger's quality become poor since past few months ..
I have experienced it in Allahabad(Uttar Pradesh)
May be some local business men are providing duplicate product ...
Taste become so poor ...and the looks also ..plzzz check it out
I really big fond of snac lite finger's ..it was so yummy ..i missed the taste

I found 1 inch × 0.75 inch stone piece in Haldiram's Soan Papdi. It's of same color as Soan Papdi, so you can detect it while eating only.

I request haldiram's to check the quality before you market a product. Kindly resolve the issue.

Hi!! I has found that the pack of haldiram chips has no chips. I request you to please refund my money or give me the new one! The quality of product is very bad!! I did'nt like that quantity as it doesn't contain any one piece! So please try to resolve my problem! Hope you will understand! Please consider my problem as early as possible!

I am a distributor of the products from haldiram since 1 year. The product from my last bill is detected and i have told this to the ss (Mr kapil) and a. S. M. (Mr bobby sharma) many a time but they are making me fool every time about it. I am not getting a proper response from them. I took the distributor ship as i thought haldiram bhujiawala is a good brand but it seems that there are no responsible persons in the company as they don't even care about thier brand and prestige. I guess now my problem may be resolved.

I bought some sweets two days earlier. I opened the box yesterday in the evening.
I bought that box from haldiram showroom at itwari market situated in nagpur.
The box had various types of sweets.
While eating one of those sweets. We found about an inch of pubic hair. That was really really very disgusting. If haldirams sweets are like these then we definitely have to stop buying such sweets.
The person who ate that puked out and threw the box of sweets out of the window.
I have even clicked some pictures of sweet having that dirty pubic hair for proof.

I live in Columbia, South Carolina, USA. I purchased a frozen item that is chole kulcha which usually comes with kulchas and a bowl of chole. When I opened it, I found that there were no kulcha inside. There were two bowls of chole instead. It ruined my and my friend's dinner. It was not at all exoected from haldiram

I have bought food from haldiram and trying to pay by my first card it denied the payment the person on billing counter said payment didn't completed u have to try again i have seen there no receipt come out and nothing happened

He asked me for another attempt and trying for payment same again server take too much time and payment didn't completes no receipt come out nothing was happened

After that i pay from my another card and the payment was done

When i come back to home i get msg that the payment done by my first card and after an hour i receive another msg that another payment was done from the same pos machine

I purchased half kg badam barfi from haldiram prabhuji braboune road branch on 11/10/2018 at 7.17 pm. But when i check the product at home. It was sour and rotten. Price of the product is rs.371.43p. I had travelled from garia to braboune road to purchase this item. Now i have to go again to 20 km. To return the product.
It was worst experience.
No one is receiving the call. I have called many times

When i reached haldiram bhujiawala for giving order of sweets for diwali purpose i have seen some insects on sweets which is totally unhygienic for health i want to say that please take some action towards it...it is incidents of patna bihar .

Right now i am haldiram outlet near khautali, mansoorpur, muzaffarnagar up.

We first took some packed foods from mcdonald's and then tried to have some packed food from hadrian outlet adjacent facility. But guard did not allow us to enter. Its 10 october 7 29 pm...

Its very painful and gave me a bad feeling as why i am not allowed to enter the facility with carry away food and wanted to carry away food from point.

There was an ongoing offer in nearby mall of getting one+one free of haldiram soanpapdi dryfruit patisa (MRP190). But the quality of product seem to be pathetic and worse than the packs i bought earlier. I doubt if it is original.

The product/packet I bought was Haldiram's All In One snack, it contained peanuts without being the shell removed and some rotten peanuts and badam
This should be taken seriously when they are delivering a product when thousands of customers rely on them. This batch most packets were the same conditions packed with rotten peanuts and badam and shelled peanuts too..

I like all the products of this firm, Haldiram. But this time they disappointed me.
I believe the batch produced was not checked properly!!
pls look into the matter as soon as possible.

We bought samosa and kachori from haldirams dilshad garden branch. The samosa and khachori were not warm . It feels they were just came from the refrigerator. Seriously disgusting service from your side. We feel so much insulted in front of our guests. You are just making fool of the customer.

After impose of plastic ban., the packing quality has been degraded to a huge extent. I bought rasmalai for home it was just wrapped in a paper box which even on walking leaks. Therefore it was ardous task to carry it over bike to home. By reaching home, whole gravuty of rasmalai had obviously fallen down in dikki of bike spoiling it completely therefore it did not made any sense of buying it home. There is a high need to implement air tight packing which will prevent the fall of gravy of liquid sweets like rasmalai.
