Workers at counters who served food continously staring at me while i was eating food with my husband. My husband noticed him and just told him politely that dont stare at any girl. After that we left haldirams then two of your haldirams worker rushed towards us and stopped us after that they started fighting with my husband and abused him and said so many bad things to both o[censored]s. This is your service towards your customer. This incident happened at noida's haldirams located in spice mall in sector - 25. The name of that haldiram worker is vikas aggarwal. Take some steps against it or we will do something against this misbehaviour.

Today i bought a haldiram diet mixture from market, then i ate it after 2 hour of finish i m in problem of food poisoning.. then i search pack from my dustbin i was shock there is no. MFG, BATCH & best before date marked on wrapper, i was pay more than 2000 to doctor for my good health now i m going to complaint in consumer court for resolve the issue.. haldiram explained or clear me about this

Recently bought Haldiram Sweets - Agra Taj Petha 200 gm Carton for Rs 50 through Big Basket on 12th Sept'16.
Found hair in one of the pieces I was about to have. It was a small hair stuck inside the sweet layer. Lost my taste and dont feel like eating anything from that box of sweet and for that matter any sweet from Haldiram now.
Are there no standards maintained? Such a big brand and no check done while packing? They boost so much about quality policy in their website but is it being followed?

I have brought this product on 07/09/2016. When i opened this product it was smelling badly and expired this was my bad experience from haldiram's ever. My family is using haldiram's product as most trusted brands. I felt some indigestion problem. What if i felt with any serious health problem, so i returned this product to seller he refused to take it back & he is selling all the expired products of peanuts. He didn't react seriously on it. I hope the company will take my complaint seriously.

After information today give sale expiry date Haldiram Chatpata Aloo Chips and shown the same to Mr. Sonu from Sonu Bakery at Saraswati Vihar Near Shanti Gas Agency, Chakkarpur, Gurgaon.

And he is told with HUM TO EXPIRY DATE HI BECHENGE AAPKO JO KARNA HO KAR LENA

I purchased a prabhuji namkeen named jhal chanachur from easyday store in faridkot (Punjab).
The manufacturing details of the packet are:
Packed on: april-16
Best before: oct-16
Batch no.: d/17
Net weight: 400g

I gifted a packet to my relatives and when they opened and tasted, it was bitter in taste. There was foul smell coming from it. They complained us for gifting such a cheap quality product. I really felt insulted. Totally dissatisfied with the quality of the product. I purchased the product because its a standardised product and from the house of haldirams but i was wrong, its a poor quality product. You are making wrong use of standard fssai.

We have a very long association with your snacks, sweets and syrups. But this time i am compelled by my friends and members of the family to write to your company for inferior quality of the above syrup purchased by my daughter in gurgaon (Haryana) last month. When she did not like the taste, she gave it to us. We also found the product of below standard with an odour, not matching rather nosia feeling. The taste and quality of the syrup is not upto the standard maintained by you in your products. I am requesting you to replace the same and invesigate the lower quality of the product. Hope you will take corrective measures before it is winter so that the same could be consumed.
I hope you will not give scope to carry forward this grievance to other multiple agencies.

I have bought a Packet of Besan Ladoo of Haldiram from our market M/s City Super Bazzar Rourkela Odisha on 12.08.16.

When my Son was about to take in his Mouth, He found a wire in the Ladoo.
I have took the Photo and going to file the case in Consumer Court.

Yesterday night i visited haldiram outlet (tilak nagar, nazafgarh road) and ordered their veg noodles. firstly they forget to give the order and said we don't get the so called slip of your order. later, when i showed the main slip, they accepted that they had lost the small slip. now its about the taste of that noodles-it was extremely spicy, i was not even able to swallow that horrible noodles. i used to visit haldirams and i love their noodles but this experience was disgusting. totally waste of money.

I bought one classic gup shup peanuts pack from a shop near my home. My younger brother ate some of them and got ill and when I saw that It was not fine badly in contaminated with fungus I took photograph of that. And and I have the packet with me. Please take action against this as soon as possible. How can fssai confirm this. Very harmful product I got. Please resolve my problem my younger brother is ill by that product

We found some in edible dirty thing like some band-aid tape type element in the packet with batch no H0511C DT 03.11.16. This shows that some wounded persons was involved in the packing/production process. Thus this or many other lots may be unfit for human consumption and may be contaminated intentionally or unintentionally. This post is to make people aware about health hazard people may face consuming at least this batch of haldiram

Today i was visited at haldiram jagdeo path patna. I ordered for butter masala dosa. When i was eating eat i found a coackroach in shambhar. I tell about it to a staff he replied that i can not do anything for this you should go at cash counter when i reached there i saw one person were seated their. Complaint to for this then he calls to someone else he came but he did do anything.

I got sick two times with conditions and symptoms matching to Listeria virus after eating Paneer Tikka and Rasmalai of Mittas product.

This is serious and even though I love Haldiram products, I am now scared of buy more products from local Indian grocery store in Dallas.

Pls do immediate check of your facility, I will be sending the details to FDA as well so that they can do sample checking.

Meri sri lakshmi enterprises naam se mere hi ghar me jankipuram, lucknow, u. P. Me stationery, snacks, cold drinks & sports ki shop hai. Meri dukan ko kareeb 7 saal ho gaye hain. Recent 16 may ko meri dukan shift hokar mere ghar ke samne main road ki taraf aa gayi hai. Main haldiram me 5, 10, 20 aur 200 grm wali namkeens rakhta hoon. Main haldiram k namkeens pichle 3 saal se rakh raha hoon.
Main haldiram ka 5, 10, 20 wala products "m/s mahakaya traders" se leta hoon, jiske agent "mr. Krishna shukla" bahut hi sincere, honest, dedicated aur supportive nature ke hain. But unki agency haldiram200grms aur sphan papdi nahi supply karti hai.
Main haldiram ki '200 grm, usse bada pack aur sohan papdi either vegitable oil or desi ghee' bhi rakhna chahta hoon. Lekin mere dukan k samne aashirwaad provision store naame se general merchant ki dukan hai jahan par haldiram wale pichle 4-5 saalon se continuously maal de rahe hain, par meri purani dukan jo ki ghar k doosre taraf ki road par thi, jo ki mushkil se 50 meter bhi nahi hai aashirwaad provision store se wahan par bhi kabhi mujhe maal nahi diya. Main haldiram se sirf kuch sawalon k jawab chahta hoon.

1. Kya jo chote dukandaar hain unhe haldiram ke product bechna ka koi haq nahi hai?
2. Kya haldiram sirf bade dukano ko hi maal supply karte hain?
3. Agar aisa nahi hai to hum logon k saath aisa bhedbhaav kisliye?

I had purchased haldiram's rasgulla - 2 boxes of net weight of 1kg on 25th may 2016 from d-mart, Siddapura, Bangalore. When I got them home and opened, the boxes were stinking and tasted sour. Though the packed date was 13th April 2016 and it stays best before 12 months according to the expiry date, still the rasagullas were spoiled. I want an action to be taken towards them.

We buy food products after we make sure whether it is fssai approved or not.In a shocking incident hair and threads were found in india's famous brand 'haldiram prabhuji chana chips' which shows the quality standard of indian products even after paying a high amount by the consumer. This is an awful experience. Fda has already banned us import of haldiram products because it was found to be adulterated with pesticides. I request our govt. To employ some strict regulations too before giving any approval to any company.

I had the above mentioned product i.e salted peanuts, batch no. H0519C.
I found a insect inside the pack, pic of same is attached. This case was immediately informed to customer care of haldiram. The phone no. Was mentioned on the pack i.e. [protected]. The man responded to take action on it but no response till now.
Request you take matter seriously.

I want to report an incident which took place yesterday around 2:15 pm at your gurgaon cyberhub branch. I had took few meals and paid by my hdfc debit card. The order was delivered on time ( Uttapam, two Soda lemonade, Bhalla papri) except noodles+chilli Paneer. After several follow ups it wasn't delivered. We had finished eating everything by then and cleaning guy came and took the tray which had bill copy in it. As far as I remembered my order no. was 157 but I am not sure. The counter guy refused and yelled at me that there is no such order no. and that he needed bill copy. I showed them the bank receipt and asked them to generate copy of the bill which they refused . They were very rude and the tall good built guy at the Chinese counter started abusing me. I tried to remain calm and went back to my seat but he yelled and called me twice. The Manager seemed to be deaf and dumb as even when I went and asked for help he did not bother. Finally they gave me the meal but abuse was still continued. I returned the meal to manager as I didn't wanted to even stand there. I told them in case the guy doesn't shut up I will call for Police but all in vain. Finally I threw the lemonade in my hand at the guy. I knew it was a plastic glass and won't hurt him but being wet he stopped uttering nuisance and I walked out.

Request you to share the duplicate copy of the bill at the earliest and also action should be taken against such staff and Manager who do not know how take no speak.

I booked a diwali gift pack on November 5th 2015 via Haldiram's website http://www.haldirams.com/, order #236052. My issue is that, this order was never delivered to the relative for whom i had booked it. Inspite of several followup emails there has been any response from Haldiram. I contacted them at their customer support email id "[protected]@haldirams.com" as well numbers mentioned in their website " [protected] /[protected]", which never responded to my calls.These numbers are just to fool the customers as they never pickup and if they pickup, they put you on hold for long. There is no accountability from these people and it is very unsafe to do online purchase from their site as you do not know, who you are dealing with and there is no other way you can contact them. I infact asked my bank to stop their payment, but my Bank is saying that I should ask Haldiram to cancel the payment. It has been more than 5 months and I am still struggling to get back my refund but these are people are so unethical not willing to refund the amount. I stand my ground and will fight for it, not only that they have not delivered the product, but the way they are doing the business is entirely unethical nothing else.

I bought 2 half kg packs of Haldiram Soan Papdi on 29 Feb 16 at 8:15 am from Indira Gandhi International Airport. The price printed on the pack was Rs.130 whereas I was charged Rs.175 per pack.

I was over charged i.e Rs.45/- per pack more than the printed price on the pack.
