I purchased this product (Spotzero by Milton E-Elite Spin Mop with Bigger Wheels and Plastic Auto Fold Handle for 360 Degree Cleaning (Aqua Green, Two Refills) | B01MA1JLOM) via Amazon.in on 18th June 2020, the rod (mop) got spoiled in less that 2 months.
I contacted Hamilton Housewares Private Limited on 25th September via email ([protected]@hamiltonindia.in) to which Miss Sana Khan responded that she would arrange a replacement mop (only the rod) for me and it would be shipped in 15 days. However, it's been more than 15 days and they have still not shipped the replacement product.
When I contacted them via email regarding the update, they said that they will ship the product soon.
When I again asked them when is "soon", they stopped responding.
I even had to raise a complaint against them on NCH helpline number [protected]. I then informed them that I've raised a complaint against them with NCH (National consumer helpline) and if my issue is not resolved soon, then I'll proceed further with legal action.
But they are so shameless that they still aren't responding neither to my emails nor to my tweets on twitter.
Didn't expect such low quality after sales service from a highly reputed brand like Milton.
I would warn all the prospective customers not to buy any Milton products because if it gets spoiled, Milton is not going to replace the product even if your product is under warranty.
Absolutely pathetic customer service and you get no proper response from their team.
