Hi there,
I got my vehicle (hyundai i10) last week from hyundai body shop after repair. i was surprised that insurance person approve only 50% amount for damaged part while 85% was supposed to be approve.
When i asked to mr. vikas thakur (who approved it) regarding it, got amazing answer stated that same part of your vehicle was damaged earlier as well and i have photos (i have shared my email id but didn't get the photos yet). i can take guarantee that it was first accident.
Please clarify that why i was not informed about the same.
