Your employe had charged me 150 Rs for baggage when I had refused to give he threatened me and said give the charge else I will be not allowed to travel then I had told him for cancelation of my ticket then he had refused for that to then I have called your customer care no but it was talking to much time to pic my call so I canceled the call and had given your employe 150 Rs so that my bus should no miss please take care of your employees. And also the seat alloted to me on that seat the charging point was not working
