*Driver was rude
*Driver told me you can go for bathroom and then he run away the bus
*came to hans office in unknown city by auto by my own given 200rs
*during the journey the driver 2-3times switched off the ac.
*found broken luggage when changing connecting bus a brand new luggage of pronto brand damaged all scratches and broken tire who can i take that in my further journey,
*complaint in hans travel office no responses there .
*no amenities given by bus service . Even a water bottle was not given during the journey .
Just want to say they are taking full amount plus gst for good facilities and giving instead a worst experience and damage to personal belongings . How to trust this travels i want my full refund and 200auto charges too
