Happn — about refund of my money back

Dear sir i have purchased the subscription of happn app in google play store and it was purchased by accidentally by one of my friend so i don't want the subscription so i requested the app developer of the happn application for cancel the subscription and refund my money back and also one thing i haven't used single product of the subscription the product is still not used it remains same as i have purchased earlier so i requested happn app developer but he didn't resolved my problem so i request you to help me for refund my money back sir.. I have attached screenshot of transaction history of the subscription..

From September to November I lost total 877 rupees please refund my amount..
