I have ordered 3 sarees total worth of Rs 2284 on[protected].I received a small parcel from xrpressbee courier service on 1/10/2018, and when I wanted to open it the courier person said I could not do so till I paid the amount. After I paid the amount and opened the packet I was shocked to see three dress materials of very cheap quality nothing like what I ordered.I immediately took picture of it and mailed it for return and refund from happydeal 18 but no response so far. I feel they will not respond by seeing the complaints on this forum. I have requested the courier service to halt payment to them as I want to lodge my complaint here as well as in the cyber crime branch.
I am shocked to see that despite so many complaints against them on this site no action has been taken against them so far and they are merrily looting the public.
I request the concerned authorities to take action immediately and help refund all the duped people.Any delay from the authorities will only increase the victims.
