My consumer no is 19594 with happy home, distributor of ioc. I booked my gas on04.03.2017. On 11.03.2017 i went to their office &. Concerned person told that tentative date of receiving is 11.03.2017or 14.03.2017. On 15.03.2016 after enquiry he told that short of man power. On 17.03.2017 i lodged one complaint no2973460 over telephoneto [protected]. They advised that it will be resolved within 48 hrs. But this day on telephoning to[protected] i get informed that delivery is complete up to 06.03.2017. On enquiry in happy home they told it was a wrong information. They told that it will be delivered within 1/2days.
I think they are harassing me.& giving delivery to later applicants who are known to them pl look into the matter Was this information helpful? |
