I h k bajpai, account holder in sbi bank, state that the debit card was in my custody. I also i have never share my credentials to anyone, neither received any otp nor shared my pin with anyone. On dated 01.02.2019 at around 2:55 PM, i have suddenly got the message that my account has been debited by rs. 1/- [two times], rs, 449/- [eight times], rs. 799/- [two times] through my debit card. Thus a total amount of rs 5190/- has been deducted from my account.
My account number is [protected] in sbi NOIDA branch. . I have blocked my cards, i have filed a complaint to SBI toll free number.
