My parents traveled in Garib rath on the date of 24th Aug. from Palanpur to Surat with total 5 passengers.
I have booked tickets online.
I paid extra money for the Bed roll for all the 5 passengers online.
During the travel none them were provided bed roll. And they have been forced to buy the bed roll with money.
Worst is that they couldn't got the seat alloted to them. Their seat were occupied by some one else. TT neglected the scenario.
This behavior with the common village people is a shame.
Please take appropriate steps.
