I bought a laptop model no. Hp15-bs590tu having product serial no. Cnd8013htq on 26th jan 2018 from the date of purchase i face many problem like
1) in the initially days of laptop, its automatically goes under formatting, so thats why i lost my all important data from the laptop but recover my data from backup already taken by me.
2) after some time, some error shown frequently so i take your virtual assistance but they don, t able to resolve those issue and said me to format the device totally.
3) in the month of may, some of the laptop keys not working then i submit it for service.
4) now one month not lapse of keyboard service some other keys again not working.
So i want to replace my device not to service it again because i doubt on the laptop that it is a faulty laptop.
