I have taken a car loan from hdfc bank ltd for i20 magna of hyundai brand bearing car loan number 24814237 on july 2013 for five years and paying emi of rs 10595=00 regularly till date

In january 2017 hdfc bank ltd had offered me another loan on the basis of my repayment history till date i accepted that offer and taken the loan which they have given me under the used car refinance loan at a much higher rate thn my car loan bearing loan a/c number used car refinance loan account no, 44672961

I am paying the above loan in a regular manner till date

Now i want to sell my i20 car by paying the outstanding pricipal amount to the bank

But bank is saying that i have to pay both the loan at a time only then thewy will issue the noc

This is totally unfair and injustice to the consumer i have taken the car cloan and i want to repay the car loan how can bank enforce me to pay both the loan

The another loan given not at the rate of car loan or for purchasing th used car

Merely by heading the loan as used car refinance does not give them right to trap the cutomer and exploit the customer

How can rbi is permitting such a unfair and trade practice to such a bank

Bank should consider the upliftment of the consumer

So please solve my problem and prevent bank from such a rampant unfair trade practice

I want a new car by selling old car and if bank want to finance the new car then also i am ready to take the loan from the hdfc bank

So do the needful at the earliest
