Harmaan — not received the item

Sir i have purchased a new jbl t110 bluetooth headphones from flipkart which was defective product. I have return the item to your repair center through customer care though it was in warranty period. Customer care told me that you received the item in 2 month. I had given in september 18. I have already pass 4 month the item is not received. I have call many time to customer care but the did not resolved me problem. Please return my repair/replace item. My invoice no. Faa djh [protected]. My international case no. Is 02803664.
