Harman-jbl Lifestyle Division — Refused to give service for repair of device

And I was seeking a single help/service from your side. Firstly I have waited for a couple of days for the model number and its invoice, Then I arranged it, I sent mail also for the same.

But after that still no response from your side.

As per discussion with your team member, I came to knew that this is the end of life product, Company has stopped its production (But still the product is online on amazon, flipkart and Croma websites).

My question is then how you are going to support/give service to the product if you are saying the spare parts are not available.

So, I came to knew that your service is no more helpful for the customers, I am going to launch a consumer complaint against this.
I found so pathetic service and no resolution from your side.

I want reimbursement in this for taking so long to support the product and giving proper support.
